[REVIEW] AOI Wig - Kousaka Honoka Wig

Yo! happy weekend guys! What did you do for this weekend?

Today I'm going to review a wig which I bought to replace my old wig. Not because my last wig is bad but I was kinda wanted to look better and better for my Honoka cosplay since she's my beloved waifu so yeah I'm willing to spend more money for her cosplay.

[REVIEW] Makeover Camouflage Cream Concealer

Yahoooo~! I'm back with some review~ Today I'm going to review one of Indonesian brand called MakeOver. It's the Camouflage cream concealer.

I want this palette for....a year I think? It always out of stock in every place I asked and I became somewhat gave up finding this beauty. But then, I finally found it! I bought it around IDR 125.000 (approx 12USD)  in Matahari dept store Ekalokasari Plaza.

Nice packaging! I love the black plastic case, it looks luxurious (for me) lol. You can see the color from the little clear part. It has five color, light beige, beige, light green, light purple, and brownish orange. You can see the usage for each color on the back side.

Light Beige: Highlight
Beige: Concealing acne scar
Light Green: Hide redness
Light Purple: Brightening effect
Brownish Orange: Giving a brightening effect for dark skin or for blush on base

Taraa~ There's a big mirror! It's so handy for applying makeup when traveling. Each pan is 2,5cm in diameter. And they gave a small concealer brush. It's too small for my liking so I often lost it somewhere when doing makeup lol 



The color itself is very bold for it's first stroke. For concealing, a little goes along the way. 


I actually didn't follow the instruction because the light beige one is almost my skin tone. So I mix light beige and beige to conceal my acne scar and beige one to contour my face. But apparently the beige one is too light for my contouring. And to make it worse, they didn't have other shade to choose. 
For me, the most useful color  is green and light beige one. Light beige one is nice for concealing under eye, it brightens my eye nicely. And the green one works nicely to cover my redness. 
It stays well on my face, but I noticed when I wear this my face became a little more oily than the usual.

CONS
- Easily out of stock
- Small concealer brush. Too pointy for my liking
- Not having multiple shade

RECOMMENDED? 
Yes for with slight dark complexion.

[COSPLAY] Honoka Kousaka Maid version!

Yo! I'm back! I'm going to post about my almost finished post about my newest cosplay~

What? not like you've promised to us!
Okay okay. I've been working for my promised review, since a month ago. But I'm so driven by my mood so forgive me for not fulfilling my promise. But I promised, I will!


My newest (almost) completed cosplay is this


CUTE DESHOU?!?!?!

I kinda obsessed with her lately, and idk Love Live costume is so cute and fluffy and lovely. I want to cos them all! Honoka is my fav character of all but honestly I love all Î¼'s character (except nico, I have my personal grudge against her lol). 

on to the cosplay! 


In this picture I wrongly put the ribbon. I should put it in front of the hairband lol. I use a brand new wig, different than I ever reviewed. It's from AOI, and kinda expensive from all other wig I've ever bought ^^; 

I didn't sew the costume, I also bought it from taobao. Quick review, the fabric is not really smooth and kinda see-trough. But you won't notice it from picture, so I guess it's ok. It has nice decent detail for a cheap costume. I already got more that I paid, so I'm satisfied (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧

All left for this cosplay is a nice black wedges sandal and a pair of laced socks. I still struggling to find nice lace for my socks tho...

Aaaaanyway to make this picspam a little more important, I use different eye makeup when costesting and going to event. Which is better for cosplaying honoka? 

Costest
Kinda full makeup, a little more blush, and complete package of eyelash (upper and lower lol) 

Event
Just eyeliner and eyeshadow to sculpt my eye. I didn't use any eyelash because I didn't bring any (shame on me!) so I changed the eye makeup immediately T^T

Quick update of my life

Hello! It's been a long time since my last post, isn't it? Not because I'm busy. It's just I'm lazy :(

But yeah I actually has to do my final assignment for my bachelor degree and STILL not complete it. I have some procrastination issue here ; v;)/ But I'm working on it, slowly but sure. I'm hoping I can finish it this academic period so I don't have to pay for another period. Pray with me T^T

And anyway

I tried to tweak my blog, several time, but I don't understand html or css  at all. All I can do is changing background because blogspot has dedicated option for that lol. It has issue tho, the background picture color turning greyish :( Argh is so hard to tweak it :'(

But I will try my best!


Anyway, I already got some draft post for future review and my boring daily life. I got one local Indonesian product and two for well known product worldwide. Stay tune for more update!

[REVIEW] Exoticon X2 no.9 - Chocolate

Hello guys! I'm in the mood for blogging, I think because I want to escape from reality, ha! but anyway just enjoy my post lol

I'm going to review contact lens, which from X2 manufacturer... I can't find their official website tho. If you happen to find, do comment below, kay!
The lens called No.9, in Chocolate. Basically I want a normal contact lens, I can use it without too much attention. So I bought this

I got this from where I bought them. They use it and made the chart themself. How kind they are. Actually tropic one caught my attention, maybe I'll buy it later haha


The package is so simple. One box and two blister each containing one lens. I forget to capture it but there's instruction printed inside. So if you want to read it you have to cut the box, making it unusable again. 

The box seal containing information. Yes, I got 8.00, no wonder it's hard for me to find suitable lens T.T The lens only had 14.5mm diameter. 


Closeup photo of the blister and when I put it inside the case. The color is so pretty, more to hazel I think.


Here's my derp face using it. It doesn't have any enlargement feature, but it really define my eyes thanks to the ring. It looks pretty tbh, and doesn't attract too much attention. 

I can use it up to 4-5 hour. But I have some problem here. The lens can't seems to stay on the center of my eyes. I accidentally asleep for a while when going somewhere, and the lens moves to the under of my upper lid when I open my eyes :( It's pretty scary, really. But after a few hour the lens stay put in the center. Weird but true. I don't know if I got a defect product or what...


But the lens itself is good, and cheap too. I recommend you to buy this lens for everyday use.

[REVIEW] Lucaille cosplay wig - Mayushi Wig

Hello! Good day people! Today I'm going to review one of my wig from Lucaille shop at taobao.

Lucaille is pretty known in my country as a shop from taobao which has vast selection of wig. Like, seriously! They had some non-mainstream wig like this wig. And Lucaille is known for the first one adding wig from latest anime. As per this post released, there are some of character from Fall 2014 season, just two episode airing ad they already got the wig. Lucaille is the hero!

Lucaille's taobao link can be found here. BUT! They had English site too, which can be found here. The price is almost the same, but I never bought from their English site. It's more convenient for me to buy from taobao site.

The wig I got is for a character named Shimada Mayu from Wake Up, Girls! anime. Did you guys ever watching it?


The photo stock is fine. I love the color. But when it came, It turns out the wig is WAAAY too lighter. 




I don't know if it because lighting or anything but I hate the color :( Today, I already recolor it until I got the color I want.

The style is perfectly fine for me. I don't have to restyle it again. Even the bangs is perfect for me. Yay! 


Lucaille wig had this tag behind the wig, to ensure that you got Lucaille wig. So if you buy secondhand wig and claimed it's lucaille, make sure you checked this first! 

The wig is kinda reflective but I think it won't be a big problem for outside shoot/con. It won't really seen unless you do flashed it directly in short distance. 

I have to state not all Lucaille is this reflective. I used to own Kousaka Honoka wig and it's not reflective at all. So I guess it depends on the wig itself. 


The wig has perfect thickness for me. And the net is not really easy to get seen. 
You can see the fiber has purple stands, idk why. It doesn't really show on photo but irl they stands out :( Well I can tolerate it tho, because it blends in photo lol 

One of the downside of this is there's so much falls out. What I mean is even if you comb it with hands, there is still fiber loss. It's not much, maybe just one or two, but still worrying me. If you comb it with comb, it took more fiber gaaah :( Thankfully it doesn't tangle much, so I can hand-comb it everytime I wear it. 

So! My verdict for this wig

Style: 5/5
Shininess: 3/5

[REVIEW] Ghostcos cosplay wig - Honoka wig

Good day people! How's your day?

Today I'm going to review a wig, from ghostcos. Have you heard about it? For a cosplayer, I think it's a common brand. Ghostcos is a brand from Taobao shopping website. If you wish to browse for yourself, here's the link.

This is the wig I bought

I'm into LoveLive in recent time so I want to cos as this cute leader <3 This is the wig when come

I already cut the clip on at that point. Because logically, side tail must be shorter than real hair right? LOL. As you can see, the color is a little bit miss. The color stock is more orange, what I got is more to brown. Maybe the stock photo is too edited. 
The style is okay, Got exactly same like stock photo. Nice styling actually, pretty much look like Honoka except the side tail haha

I must say.. the fiber for this wig is so reflective, making this wig so shiny for my tolerance. It looks cheap and fake :( In the first photo, I took it with torch setting. I don't know about sunshine lighting to the wig because I never wear it to any event for now. 


The wig itself it's pretty thick. I don't have to worry if my movement makes the lace inside seen. I can make side tail and it's pretty solid. 

This wig doesn't tangle at all, I can dance and jump all day with no worry. Err okay maybe you have to comb it if you lay on grass for photoshoot haha 

SO! My verdict for this wig!
